I like what our Conservation Officers do, but discretion and separating legitimate day to day activity from something they may have enforcement authority over has never been their strong suit. That isn't unique to New Hampshire either-stereotypes and non flattering nicknames exist for a reason. This bill provides some very basic guardrails for our COs/hunters while protecting citizens and property owners from overzealous and unnecessary enforcement of legitimately legal activities.
