Why does this bill only include new RV's?

New Hampshire is the state of Live Free or Die. I have an X on my drivers license due to my own personal/private reasons that should be none of the state’s business. Our legislators should stay out of our bedrooms and doctors’ offices. NH Transportation does not have the right to discriminate on our licenses. Let us keep the X gender marker.

A vehicle should not be taxable as real estate as long as it can be mobile, therefore RVs should be considered vehicles for all purposes of fees, taxes, and regulations.
