R&D tax credit and park fee changes

Raises the aggregate and per-entity caps on research and development tax credits, requires state park entry fees for residents to be no more than 50 percent of nonresident fees, allows separate park fee schedules, and permits discounted or waived rates for veterans and school groups.

Good day. Tim Creegan here...I spend 23 years supporting a Preclinical drug metabolism portfolio of products and services out of Woburn, MA (BD Biosciences --> Corning Life Sciences --> Discovery Life Sciences). I have lived in NH and worked in MA for a majority of my science career. Recently, I connected with New Hampshire Life Sciences (headed by Andrea Hechavarria) as they create an ecosystem to support Life Sciences in the 603. I support their efforts and especially their efforts as they relate to the Regen Valley and BioFab USA (armiusa.org). Let us fund the next generation of life sciences start ups in NH by allowing this tax credit to pass and be poised to "hit the ground running" as the economy rebounds and investment dollars pour in. Perhaps, my next opportunity is in the Granite State.
