A friend of mine was negatively impacted when selling his moble home when the park owner refused a qualified buyer. It was unfair that my friend had to resume paying 100% ’of the park fees until another buyer that was acceptable to the park owner was found.
I support this bill to streamline the availability of affordable housing in NH. This is something that is desperately needed.
