Ski NH opposes HB 1339 because it interferes with the decisions ski area operations make in the conduct of their business practices. It should be left to the individual business to make such a decision and then the consumer has the right to make their own decision on whether to do business with that entity. Thank you. Bruce Berke for Ski NH

It is becoming increasingly difficult for individuals to use cash in some business transactions as electronic transfers are increasingly the norm. Many people prefer to limit their electronic transactions in order to help limit their online exposure, as well as to help them in household budgeting. I, therefore, urge you to support HB 1339. Thank you for your consideration, John Walsh

I oppose this bill because it does not expand transparency, protections, or meaningful benefits for New Hampshire residents.

Cash is legal tender and as such should not be denied as a form of payment
