It is hard to comment on such a bizarre and negative proposal. It is anti family anti nature anti individual rights to get out and enjoy all NH has to offer. Must have been proposd from someone "downstate" in a city.

Collecting an application fee more than once a year from a tenant seems abusive. I own my home, but when I attend public meetings all I hear is horror stories from people who rent in our state. The housing market is so tight, renters need some relief from predatory landlords. Please pass this bill.
