NH tourism depends on statewide EV charging infrastructure. NH businesses also need to guarantee dependable EV charging infrastructure in their bid to woo new employees to the state. Non-EV vehicles occupying EV-charging parking spots undermines the charging infrastructure -- whether through carelessness or ill will -- and it is stealing a service that a municipality or business has paid for. A penalty is appropriate.
