The propoaws attempt to work around the court with non-germane amendment #2026-0422h indicates a lack of trust in our judicia system as well as an effort to undermine separation of powers. This issue should be left to the judges charged with the responsibility to resolve the litigation.

Corporate welfare at the expense of schools, housing, healthcare, and child care - all while raising property taxes. No thank you. Please vote ITL on this.
