Bill HB1710 is called the "Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act." It sounds good by the title, but it strengthens the power of the NH Family Court over families going through divorce proceedings. It reduces parents' rights, children's rights, and the rights of non-custody parents. It takes away their Constitutional rights of due process under the law as well. Therefore, I oppose this bill.
