This is an actual profession. Words mean things. You don’t get to redefine this. Is this just an excuse to pay engineers less and expose our data to randos by diluting their field with a bunch of uneducated 19 year-olds who want to play in government databases??
This is not good, but it does reflect the anti-technology professional license hegemony.
Am thinking “who will read this except us Engineers?” As a retired Professional Engineer, I fully support this Bill.
