Hello committee members, Please approve this bill. I have seen many irregularities, lack of chain of custody, and lack of follow up on requests for investigations over the last 4 years. It's time to start investigating these issues, holding people accountable for their actions and enforce penalties for not following the laws. There is no need for the legislature to set up this kind of committee. The NH Ballot Law Commission is already convened under the Office of the Secretary of State of NH to adjudicate any and ALL issues pertaining to election violations according to the State's Election statutes (RSA 656). Oppose this bill,

There is nothing unsafe about our elections in NH and republicans are trying to limit voting rights of residents, which is very wrong and undemocratic. This bill attempts to solve a problem that is not there. Stop making NH less democratic and free to vote.
