You need to figure out all aspect of Medicaid enhancement for children and pregnant women in NH before the federal government yanks funding LIKE WE ALWAYS KNEW IT WOULD DO. Yes it is just a little too late. The funding was not sustainable. If service population needs it, you will have to make hard decisions based on facts.
