Yet another bill to create yet another study committee on Family Court, HB543. Nothing is being resolved with these studies unfortunately. Our innocent children are being placed in toxic, abusive atmospheres while the judges do not do their jobs. The judges rule by the most favored lawyer in front of them. There is no investigation. There is false statements put on orders. There is white out on dates to hide and cover for the lawyers they favor. Like in my experience there has yet to be any evidence at all to this date and we have yet to get our child back. This should have never happened. Our constitutional rights have been violated. Our parental rights have been violated. The judges are not held accountable for their crimes committed. We have contacted dcyf, governor sununu(investigated but dcyf won’t help as our family hasn’t been involved with them), doj, ombudsman, domestic violence committees and centers, child advocates office, President, ethics committee(ends up in the hands of the head judge that of course does nothing to his fellow judges), senators, state police, sheriff, everyone possible. The judges are just concerned about legally trafficking our children for state funds while are children are being abused physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our Drs have called dcyf and they do nothing. We have did nothing wrong but protect our child from seeing such abusive toxic behavior and the judges forced our child with a 3rd party that was caught lying multiple times on record, that was arrested for domestic violence in front of our child, according to the police report it confirms what we had been saying the whole time and sounds like our child is being molested. The judge residing over our case signed the bond and search warrant for the filer. The judge said if anyone gets arrested it will count against you but nothing happened as that was obviously said to us only apparently. The judge is heartless, threatening us that if we continue to cry in their courtroom we will be kicked out. I tried to state our child is going to die in their custody as they both drive while drunk and on drugs along with both of their mental illnesses and both are domestically violent. The filer made all these false allegations with absolutely no evidence and was caught lying yet here we still stand. It has been stated and stated in court how much our child misses us. The filer has abused his son his son his whole life. He used the court to further abuse us. Just because someone filed something in court doesn’t make it true. There is domestic violence laws. We are entitled to not be further abused by the father and his now wife that he married two weeks prior to the first hearing to look better. Our child should not be with two mentally ill domestically violent individuals that should be baker acted and put in rehab and held accountable for lying under oath all these times. Us 3 don’t deserve this and everyone involved needs to be held accountable for their actions. Our child is going to end up dead. Family court needs to be abolished as they do not rule according to law or statutes and they are only killing our children by putting them in danger and toxic atmospheres. This is clearly not in the best interest of the child. These issues have been studied for years. The victims, the children, the families do not need more study. The issues have been presented to the legislature over and over again. Two study committees, countless bills over 20 years in two standing committees, hours upon hours of public testimony. This bill will only delay decisive action and continue harm. Enough is enough. NO MORE STUDIES. Simply support HB652-FN and abolish family court. Thank you for your time. Marlena Nichols and Corey Jones signing as two innocent parents punished for protecting our child as law is supposed to entitle.

As a father of a gender fluid 5 yr old, our comminuty has been incredibly welcoming, tolerant, interested in, and loving towards my gender fluid child. He's experienced no bullying, just confusion when he goes into the boys bathroom dressed as a girl. But none of the kids seem to think much of it wants he tells them he's a boy.. This is the community and NH at our best. Live and let live. My child is not a threat to anyone. He just wants to live as his most Aithentic self. My hope is that NH can embrace our differences and celebrate them, not ostracized or shame the most vulnerable among us who ask for nothing except to live as their most Authentic self. To take that fundame.tal right of bodily autonomy away from a child who's whole universe is one in which they are living true to themselves. They aren't hurting anyone. They just want to quietly live their lives in a way that is most authentic to them. I'd like to bring my cold to the next season so you can meet him and see how wonderfully fabulous and kind he is. He deserves a world that matches his kindness in spades.
