Delaying de boned meat coming into the state by sportsman only hurts the hunter as the time needed to test is to great and my force some hunters to leave meat behind

What does this bill seek to accomplish? CWD is typically passed animal to animal, if the meat has been processed and packaged out of state, the only way for it to impact NH wildlife would be if the hunter then dumped all of their meat in the woods... Maybe a more appropriate bill would be making it a crime to dump out-of-state cervid meat in the wild in New Hampshire. This would be the actual concern, testing the meat doesn't really solve anything other than creating more regulation and burden on hunters.
