Blockchain is a highly innovative and important technology. However, NH already has some of the highest energy costs in the country and blockchain companies are heavily energy intensive. I am concerned that this bill could further increase already unaffordable energy prices.

Mr. Chair & Members of the Committee. I oppose HB592 on principal. The bipartisan deal is just starting to take effect - and I understand that not everyone got everything they wanted in the deal last term. However, the 3 magistrates were just sworn and have only begun working. To upset the system now, seems to not permit the changes to take effect and would be in haste without understanding or fully evaluating its implementation. I think we need to give it time before we entertain additional bail reforms. Thank you. Rep. Mary Hakken-Phillips
This bill has the potential to undo much of the thoughtful work that has gone into bail reform.
This bill will dismantle some major bipartisan bail reforms that are extremely important. Please vote no.
Pass common sense bail reform, not this bill
:Let;s not undo the positive work that has been done on bail reform!
I oppose this bill.
No further erosion of reproductive rights!
The system is working. Children should not be seduced into marriage before they are old enough to understand what it means.
Dear House Judiciary Committee members, I am opposed to bill HB476 that would further restrict abortion, reproductive healthcare, in New Hampshire. As you may know, 78% of New Hampshire citizens believe there should be a right to get an abortion, in every state of the U.S. Also, the great majority - I believe it is 68% - of us here in New Hampshire oppose a 15-week abortion ban. Therefore, your opposition to this bill would be representing the will of the people you represent. On a personal note, my niece was able to obtain an abortion after a rape that she would never have been able to prove, before Roe V. Wade was overturned. She went on to have to beautiful healthy boys. I believe all women and families should have that opportunity. Please oppose HB476 and support the health and welfare of New Hampshire families. Thank you for your service to the people of our State.
This bill will undo much of the hard work that has been put into bail reform.
