This bill will destroy the beauty of New Hampshire's quiet places. There is a place for OHRVs but they should not be allowed to invade quiet places where people currently snowshoe and cross-country ski. This bill would put those people's lives in danger and it would harm many New Hampshire residents. And removing the notification via certified mail requirement is just rude.
