I have a right, especially in this live free or die state, to donate as I please. This bill would make it someone else's decision, by taking away historic horse racing facilities. The bill is sneaky. This bill does not protect the citizens of this state. Do your job and stop trying to be sneaky.

As a member of several charities, I oppose this bill. The charities in this state rely on gaming money to provide much needed services to NH citizens across a wide range of programs.
