I want the taxes collected from my town for education to go back into my town and not put into a general fund.

This has happened to us! It's disgusting and polluting.

The House should follow the example of the Republican led Pennsylvania legislature in the William Penn Schools case and respond responsibly to court rulings without being forced to do so. The SWEPT, with its preferences for wealthy districts and unincorporated areas, is unconstitutional. Why cede your power to the courts? Fix it now. For a good brief description of the William Penn case, go here: https://www.law.upenn.edu/live/files/12611-william-penn-summary-of-opinion-for-non-lawyerspdf Thanks for your consideration, Andru Volinsky

All citizens should have the access to healthcare that INCLUDES vaccines. This will lower the vaccine rate by making it less accessible to the lower class population and therefore will increase likelihood of the spread of extremely dangerous illnesses.

I strongly oppose this Bill which does nothing more than take K-12 education away from local control to become under State control. This improves education how? If there is a separate issue with excess SWEPT then this should be handled by local jurisdictions taking less money to begin with. This Bill should be burned, the ashes buried and then bury the shovel.
