I strongly oppose this Bill. This is Communism. The government needs to stay out of business. Further, this is a tax increase on consumers. Every cost this Bill wants so force on Utilities will come back to the consumer. Consumers can choose to install a smart meter, or not. They must never be mandated The government needs to stay out business.
