Thankfully the national 2024 election shows clearly that our citizens are in no mood for the agenda the EU is demanding. This HCR9 details the several ways we reject the overreach of the controls demanded by the EU that would cover every aspect of business and culture, subjecting them to criminal charges by anyone who didn't like anything the businesses were doing.

It does not seem remotely possible that "compliance with the CSDDD would undermine U.S. sovereignty and transform the nation into a subordinate entity to the EU." Why not examine practices of other nations, and decide what we might learn, what might benefit us -- rather than deciding, whole cloth, that any policy established elsewhere would be a threat to US integrity. Is the US that fragile?
