We must reestablish cash as fungible. We must never allow our financial lives to be exclusively on display to government search. This helps maintain our 4th Amendment to keep government at bay.

The fed is the only agency that is permitted to mint and tender currency, they are requiring electronic and card transactions at museums, national parks, and federal agencies. This violates several articles of federal law. If the US doesnt accept their own currency, there is nothing giving it value. If they are to remain the only legal agency 'backing' tendered currency, they must accept it at all points of transaction. Hon. Henry R. Giasson III House of Representatives HIL29 New Hampshire
