This is a good bill that will prevent non-disabled people from taking spaces away from disabled people.
Requires walking disability placards to contain certain driver's license information, creates a penalty for a disabled driver who parks without displaying a placard, increases fines for parking in restricted spaces without one, and makes display of a counterfeit or fraudulent placard a violation or misdemeanor.
