I support this bill. Please don't put low income housing tax credit program in jeopardy.

This bill screws taxpayers by giving tax breaks to multimillionaire mass housing developers as your neighborhood is trashed by their multiplex block housing illegal aliens. Sponsor is the same guy pushing all this build-out NH for pals.

Nick Taylor said he is for the bill because developers can't pass rising costs onto their renters, but why should the costs be passed to other properties in town who'd have to pay more to make up for it? ..... .... Diana Lush (spelling?) makes fantastic point -- what is Low Income?? she mentioned one bedrooms for $2,000 being called low income in Raymond .... .... Brody from NHMA spoke against it because of tax shifting burden by lowering the assessed value of the properties-- I hope the committee listens to the towns .... .... Patricia Brigio (spelling?) opposed with concern about interchangeability of affordable/low income/workforce especially by the people that are the supposed experts plus what other funds and compensation are the property owners getting?
