I would love to see all those political signs vanish but doubt this will be enforced. Note that section IV says political ads can only be removed by property owner or "a law enforcement officer" while section V allows removal by "state, city, or town maintenance or law enforcement personnel". One of these (hopefully IV) needs to be changed.
There should be no political advertisting on state owned property. It would imply that the state has a preference.
