The sprawl of electronic signatures is useless. No person signs the same way twice (Ask about the White House Autopen). Most people scribble at Point-of-Sale because the equipment's hand positioning is so poor and breaks in pen contact corrupt quality.

AIAuthorizes the director of the division of motor vehicles to adopt rules permitting electronic signatures on certain records and forms, and allows vehicle-ownership transfer documents to insurers to be signed electronically without notarization.
(New Title) allowing the director of the division of motor vehicles to adopt administrative rules regarding the use of electronic signatures and relative to signature requirements where ownership of a vehicle is transferred to an insurer after payment of damages.
