This bill is just another attempt to water down the issue of vaccination rates in New Hampshire. Childhood vaccines have saved their lives of countless children throughout New Hampshire and the world. Limiting documentation and information appearance is unacceptable and that is what this bill is suggesting. I 100% do not support it.
