I urge the committee to oppose SB 268. This bill opens the door to discrimination under the guise of protecting privacy and safety, particularly targeting transgender and nonbinary individuals. It undermines the dignity and rights of Granite Staters by allowing public and private entities to deny access to facilities, services, and opportunities based on rigid definitions of biological sex. Rather than protecting anyone, this bill legitimizes exclusion and puts vulnerable people at greater risk of harm.

3 submissionsTo whom it may concern I am the mother of 4 daughters who play sports in the Middle School and High School. I completely support SB 268. Women and girls need safe places and spaces, privacy from biological males, the right to fair competition, competition that they willingly consent to. Today’s girls are being bullied into competing against biological boys only to appease them and their mental illness. Liberal schools and educators are bullying our daughters to be complicit with their radical agenda. You have a duty to protect our daughters, their rights, wishes and needs. So far our government and judicial system is failing them. We need to change that now! Thank you.
