I support as long as the bill provides for a set on conditional situations for which a student would benefit from such a transfer or for which family circumstances would necessitate such a change.
This would hurt our public schools.

I oppose this bill because schools would not be able to budget for a sudden influx of students if parents chose to send their children to a different school. This would not allow planning for teacher/para numbers.
I oppose this bill as this would be very disruptive to school and teacher planning and budgeting.
I definitely oppose this bill. While, I would support students transferring their student to another district on a case by case basis due to an environment not being success for learning if they are not a safe space or productive to learning for that particular student, allowing a whole scale ability for any student to transfer to any district without taking into consideration all that goes with that (transportation, availability of space, students that are already attending from that district's area is irresponsible and dangerous.
